Thanksgiving is this week plus a million and one holiday parties are about to fill up your calendar. I don’t believe in showing up without food to a festive event if it’s held in someone’s home. This baked brie dip is an insanely easy take on the classic baked brie and still holds that fabulous luxuious taste.

All ingredients were purchased at Trader Joe’s.

Start by cutting the brie into small bite size pieces and layer the pieces. I like to try and keep them from touching the sides so they they can melt out properly.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar over brie.

Then add about 1/4 cup of pecans but feel free to add more or less. I like the extra nutty crunch.

I am a rebel with my honey and don’t measure it. I just squeeze my lil bear bottle and go to town. If you’re feeling extra you can get some local honey and it will help fight any seasonal allergies!

Place cast iron skillet OR a glass safe dish in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on the top rack. You can also microwave this in a microwave safe dish for 2 minutes on high. DO NOT add the rosemary beforehand.

Let cool 2 minutes, add rosemary for garnish and serve with butter crackers and/or apple slices.
